1. Agreement
By downloading or using Sanadi or Sanadi Guardian, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the apps.
2. Who Can Use Sanadi
- You must be 18 or older to create an account
- Seniors may use the app with family assistance
- Available on Android only (Google Play Store)
- Currently available in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, France, and Canada
3. What Sanadi Does
Sanadi provides:
- AI-powered scam detection (on-device)
- Medication reminder management
- Daily mood check-in
- Voice assistant for booking rides and ordering food
- Family guardian monitoring and alerts
Sanadi does NOT:
- Provide medical advice or diagnosis
- Guarantee detection of all scams
- Replace emergency services — call 123 for emergencies
- Provide legal or financial advice
4. Guardian Accounts
Guardians may:
- View scam alerts, mood, and medication status
- Receive email and push notifications
- Add medications on behalf of the senior
- Access the Guardian web portal at mysanadi.com
Guardians may NOT:
- Delete the senior's account
- Access message content (only alert metadata)
- Share the senior's data with third parties
5. Premium Subscription
Free tier includes: scam detection, 1 guardian connection, basic voice assistant.
Premium (99 EGP/year) includes: unlimited guardian connections, full app companion access (Uber, Talabat, etc.), priority alert processing.
Payment methods accepted:
For manual payments, send proof of payment to help@mysanadi.com with your account email.
6. Refund Policy
- Google Play purchases: subject to Google Play refund policy
- Manual payments (Vodafone Cash / InstaPay): Refunds available within 7 days of payment if premium features have not been used. Email help@mysanadi.com.
- No refunds after 7 days or after feature activation.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use Sanadi to harm, harass, or monitor anyone without their knowledge and consent
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the scam detection model
- Create fake accounts or share pairing codes publicly
- Use the app for commercial purposes
- Attempt to circumvent the subscription system
8. Limitation of Liability
Sanadi is a protective tool, not a guarantee. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for scams that are not detected
- We are not liable for missed medication alerts due to connectivity issues
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months
9. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used fraudulently, or are inactive for more than 2 years.
You may delete your account at any time in Settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if unresolved after 30 days.
